Debo decir que la mayoría de las veces todo comienza levantándome muy temprano a eso de las 3:00am y con la maleta previamente empacada desde la noche anterior, me arreglo, doy un breve repaso a lo que tengo que llevar para ver que no me falte nada importante, le digo a mi esposa que la amo y que nos vemos en unos cuantos días y con un abrazo y un beso me despido de ella para comenzar un largo pero emocionante viaje.

Luego de encontrarme con mis  compañeros  nos dirigimos al aeropuerto, con más maletas que manos que las puedan cargar, allí van nuestros instrumentos, y equipaje sin el cual sería un poco más difícil hacer lo que hacemos. Check in por aquí, registro por allá, y una revisión más hasta que podemos subir al avión, siempre antes de despegar le pido a Dios que tome el control todo y guarde nuestras vidas.

Al aterrizar todo empieza con un fuerte cambio de clima, y según el cronograma que tengan para nosotros nos dirigimos al hotel, desayunamos y luego a la prueba de sonido y aquí quiero detenerme para darles un tip que no solo les ayudara en otros lugares sino también en sus iglesias locales.

Mantén todo en orden !!

Una de las cosas más importantes a la hora de llegar a un lugar para hacer soundcheck es tener todas las cosas en orden, cables marcados, espacio libre de cualquier elemento innecesario y sobre todo una buena distribución del tiempo.

Al terminar volvemos al hotel para comer los deliciosos platos que nos ofrece la ciudad, bañarnos y prepararnos para un gran tiempo de adoración, llega la noche y es hora de entregar todo a Dios, me encanta cuando nos abrazamos en un circulo para orar rogando para que los corazones sean tocados y nuestras vidas puedan ser instrumentos y canales de su presencia.

Un par de ajustes técnicos mas y ya están anunciando nuestra entrada, al momento de pisar el escenario se va toda frustración, o preocupación solo puedo pensar en disfrutar ese momento y adorar, lo demás solo serán añadiduras.

Al terminar la presentación y después de un par de fotografías volvemos al hotel para cenar y descansar ya que al día siguiente comienza de nuevo la maratón por un par de días mas.

Cuando regreso a casa solo puedo pensar en lo agradecido que estoy con Dios y todas las personas que nos atendieron, siempre es gratificante conocer otros lugares, probar nuevas comidas o hacer nuevos amigos, pero lo mas importante es regresar con la convicción de que el nombre de Cristo fue exaltado y las buenas nuevas fueron llevadas para que muchas personas le conocieran.
